Mike Sapraicone Now Has 41.28% of the Weighted Vote

Today, the Republican Chairs in New York’s Hudson Valley region endorsed Mike Sapraicone for New York State Senate.  Representing 12.61% of the New York Republican State Committee’s weighted vote, Westchester County Chair Doug Colety, Rockland County Chair Lawrence Garvey, Orange County Chair Courtney Canfield Greene, Putnam County Chair Andres Gil and Dutchess County Chair Mike McCormack endorsed Sapraicone’s challenge to Senator Kirsten Gillibrand in advance of the New York Republican State Committee’s nominating convention next week.

Chairs Colety, Garvey, Greene, Gil and McCormack said, “As a highly decorated former NYPD Detective and an entrepreneur who built a successful global company based in New York, Mike Sapraicone has exactly the experience that we need to bring common sense leadership back to Washington, D.C.  Mike is the right candidate to defeat Kirsten Gillibrand and we know that he will be an outstanding standard-bearer for our party.  We strongly endorse Mike Sapraicone for United States Senate because he will combat the rising crime and migrant crisis that has spread into the Hudson Valley, protect taxpayers and fix an economy that was broken by Biden, Gillibrand and the Democrats’ failed policies.”

Following the endorsement of Nassau, Suffolk and Queens counties, the Hudson Valley’s endorsement brings Mike’s total pledged weighted vote to 41.28% of the Republican State Committee.
